I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the European University Institute in Fiesole (Florence), Italy. My supervisors are Sule Alan and Andrea Ichino. I am currently a post-doc at the Axa Gender Lab at Bocconi University with Paola Profeta and on the Job Market 2024-2025.
Current areas of research include:
Intimate Partner Violence: determinants and drivers of IPV, behavior of Victims and Offenders.
Crime Economics: the role of women in crime; the impact of female unemployment on general and women committed crime.
Gender Economics: gender quotas; women's representation in politics; family policies; discrimination from the demand side of the job market.
Economics of Education: gender differences in test scores and future wages.
